RFW HEATING FREE BOILER WORLD CUP GIVEAWAY

PROMOTER

This competition is organised and promoted by RFW Heating Ltd.

ELIGIBILITY

The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

Entrants must reside within RFW Heating’s service area.

Employees of RFW Heating and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter:

• Follow the RFW Heating Facebook page.
• Like the competition post.
• Comment “BOILER” on the competition post.

Sharing is appreciated but is not required.

No purchase is necessary.

COMPETITION PERIOD

The competition opens on the date of publication of the official competition post.

The closing date will be announced by RFW Heating.

THE PRIZE

One winner will receive a boiler supplied and installed by RFW Heating.

The boiler make and model will be selected by RFW Heating following a survey of the winning property.

The prize includes a standard boiler installation only.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

WORLD CUP CONDITION

This competition is conditional upon England winning the FIFA World Cup.

In the event that England do not win the FIFA World Cup, no boiler prize will be awarded and the competition will automatically close without a winner being selected.

No alternative prize or cash equivalent will be offered.

SITE SURVEY

Installation is subject to a pre-installation survey.

The property must be suitable for a standard boiler installation.

Any additional works required beyond a standard installation may be excluded from the prize and discussed separately with the winner.

WINNER SELECTION

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

The winner will be announced on the RFW Heating Facebook page.

If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, RFW Heating reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND PUBLICITY

As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity and promotional activity.

The winner agrees to allow RFW Heating to take photographs and/or video recordings of:

• The winner
• The existing boiler before installation
• The installation process
• The completed installation
• The property where appropriate

The winner may also be asked to provide a testimonial.

RFW Heating may use photographs, videos and testimonials for future marketing and promotional purposes including:

• Website
• Facebook
• Instagram
• LinkedIn
• Printed marketing materials
• Press releases
• Future advertising campaigns

No additional compensation will be payable.

DATA PROTECTION

Personal information supplied during the competition will only be used for administering the competition and related promotional activities.
